It's expensive, but it has been a most effective massage tool for sore and aching joints / parts of the body. The trick is learning how to lay on it to put pressure on your affected area. The height of the prongs is ideal to dig at maximum depth into your body, e.g. your lower back, and put significant pressure on the area. This is amplified by the stiffness of the prongs, which allows you to put on as much pressure as you can handle. Absolutely recommend.
